Email our roasting team within 7 days of delivery for coffee quality issues or 30 days for equipment defects to initiate your request.
Provide Details
Include your order number, photos of the product packaging, and the batch roast date found on the back of your coffee bag.
Ship the Item
For hardware and accessories, securely package the unused item in its original box and use the provided prepaid shipping label.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement batch within 3-5 business days.
